I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Addictions Counselor in both Indiana and Illinois with 20+ years of experience. As a clinical social worker, I work with people who are experiencing marriage and relationship issues, family conflict, anxiety and depression, as well as trauma survivors using the Connie-Froer Diamond Model of Solution Focused Brief Therapy. This approach combined with a wholistic, Biblical therapeutic focus aims to bring wellness and healing to individuals, families, and couples.

 

My mission is to promote the preservation of the Black family through the use of Biblical principles of health, wellness, and stewardship. It is done one person, family, and marriage at a time that God will be glorified and His purpose manifested. I get to work with people to discover their possibilities for change then watch as their discoveries gives them new energy to live their lives to the fullest. They discover love, health and an overall renewed confidence in themselves to experience all that God has for them.

I am also a Certified Biblical Life and Marriage Coach. Coaching helps people who do not have clinical problems but need help in certain areas of their life using sound Biblical principles. The application of Biblical principles combined with Solution Focus gives clarity of purpose and hope for a desired outcome that is life-changing!
